About Me

Hey Y’all!

Thank you for stopping by and reading my blog.

I started blogging as a from of self-therapy and because I wanted to connect with a larger community.

I am currently a second year graduate speech language pathology student in the D.C./Maryland area residing in Washington.

Some of my passions include: cooking, hiking, reading, running, my two dogs, culture and diversity, client advocacy,  Texas and creating and fostering small communities through education and outreach.

Areas of clinical interest including: Bilingualism, fluency, movement disorders and diagnostics.

Feel free to contact me with questions or if you just want to chat!

Ya’ll may all go to hell, I am going to Texas” – David Crockett

I am forced to conclude that God made Texas on his day off, for pure entertainment, just to prove that all that diversity could be crammed into one section of earth by a really top hand.”-Mary Lasswell
